Ooze54

Ooze54 is my friend on Club Penguin. I am trying to tell him about Club Arctic, but so far no luck. Here is a picture of his igloo.

Hidden Stuff in Catalog!

Here is the hidden stuff in the catalog:

Click on the piano for the red viking helmet! You can close out the red viking helmet, click the piano again, and keep doing that until the blue viking helmet shows up!

Go to the next page, and click on the seashell for the canteen!

Click on the word "Penguins" in "Penguins at Work" for the Crystal Staff!

On the next page, click the fourth window for the woodsman's hat.

Go the next page and click on the dragon shadow behind the staircase. You can buy the blue dragon costume.

Click on the first "C" in "Clearance" for the black graduation cap.

Music Jam Sneak Peek

New Pin

The newest pin is the Japanese Lantern pin! They made it because of the new ninja item! The pin is at the underground pool. Be sure to get it!

If you don't know about the underground pool, I will give directions to it.

The easiest way is to go to the plaza and down the manhole. The second way is to go to the dance club, into a speaker to the boiler room, and in the door. The third way is going to the Mine and into the cave-like area.

Enjoy the new pin and the Underground pool!

Dance game guide

The dance game is one of the newer games. This is the location. Cadence the DJ runs the game. It reminds me of an awful Guitar Hero game with Club Penguin music, but I like playing it and is very popular. You can also walk your purple pullfe into the game and it will dance! Sadly my purple puffle ran away... Here is a picture of Cadence on the dance game.

For those who haven't played, you play by pressing the arrow keys on your keyboard when the arrows line up with the little arrow boxes.
Hitting a lot of arrows in a row is called a combo. Doing combos can get you lots of points. You will do special dances if you get up to 25, 50, or 100 arrows in a row. Cadence will also be on the side and there will be a picture that says "(25,50,or 100) Combo!"

I'm not showing you the special dances for each combo. That spoils too much (and it's hard to take a screenshot of).

Here are some tips and cheats:

CHEATS:

1. When you go into solo mode, pick your song, and Cadence asks for what level you want, click on her face and she will ask you if you are sure you want expert mode. Say yes. This is how to get expert mode on solo mode. On easy,medium,and hard, the notes are always the same for that level, but on expert the notes are always different. On other levels you can memorize parts of it, but not with expert. Also, the notes on expert move much faster so you have to be quick.

2. As I said at the beginning of this post, purple puffles can join the game! I can't get a screenshot, mine ran away... But you will get some extra points as your purple puffle dances along. It's very cool.

TIPS:

1. Do not be distracted! Being distracted will make you miss notes. Keep concentrated.

2.Hold the long notes for as long as you can but don't miss the other notes. This gets lots of points.

3. When you are doing good and you have a good combo, the lights will often be crazy. Read tip #1. Stay focused, and don't freak out.

4. The harder the level, the more notes and the faster the game. Only play what you can do. If you can do hard, go for it! If you can't, you can try but you probably won't get many coins.

Club Arctic Freeze

I learned how to make screenshots! FINALLY! Here is my igloo!! Cool, right? Soon I will update some of my older posts with my own screenshots!

For others making Club Penguin websites, this is how to make a screenshot. It may be different on your computer, if this doesn't seem to work on your computer, go to a different site for help.

1.Log on Club Penguin (or other site) and find what you want to take a picture of.

2. Find the key on your keyboard that says,"Print Screen". It may be abbreviated.

3. Go to paint , go to edit, and press paste.

4. Now you need to crop the size and get only what you want to be a picture. This is hard to explain, so try a different site for more information.

5.Save the picture as a PNG .

6. Put it on your blog!

101 Days of fun

On Club Penguin's newspaper, there is a page called 101 Days of Fun. There are activities to do each day. If Club Penguin sees you doing these things, they add 1001 coins to your account. But this doesn't happen very often.
On my site you can see which activity is for the current day. Today the activity is going to the French servers and saying hello in French, which is bonjour! Be sure to keep checking this site for updates!

Puffle Care Guide

Puffles are the pets on Club Penguin. They have no arms or legs, and they bounce around to move. Puffles are a penguin's best friend!


You can get puffles at the pet shop. There are many colors of puffles.There are white, yellow, blue, red, black, purple, pink, and green.If you are a non-member, you can only have blue and red puffles. If you are a member, you can have all of them. They have many characteristics. I will soon have a list of each puffle's characteristics up.


After you buy your puffle, you get to name it. The name will be visible only to you, not to those visiting your igloo. After that, it is sent to your igloo.


Puffles have to be cared after. After you click on your puffle, it's character card will pop up. You can tell your puffle to do many things. Here are the basics:


Leash: you can take your puffle on a walk. It is a hand item. Taking puffles on a walk makes them lose energy. They have to be healthy in order to go on a walk. It costs no coins.


Sleeping:Sleeping gives your puffles rest. However, sleeping isn't very healthy, and they lose health. However, this costs no coins.


Playing:Playing makes your puffles happy. It takes energy, though. Each puffle plays differently. It costs no coins.


Pet food:This gives your pets energy. All puffles eat differently. It costs 10 coins.


Bath:This gives puffles rest and health, but takes energy. All puffles bathe differently. It costs 10 coins.


Cookies: These give energy too, but not as much as pet food. All puffles eat cookies differently. It costs 5 coins.


Bubble Gum:This gives health, but not rest. All puffles chew gum differently. It costs 5 coins.

Card Jitsu Guide

Wait, when the fire attack happens, penguins jump how far??

There is a dojo igloo contest soon, so if you aren't a ninja, you need to become one so you can go to the Flying Flipper's Emporium. I thought I would make a guide to help you.

How to play Card Jitsu:

Do I really have to tell you this? But, I will. It's like rock, paper, scissors. Water beats fire, fire beats ice, and ice beats water. If it is a tie, the card with the higher number wins UNLESS somebody played a special card the turn before. To win, get a different color of each type, or three different colors of one type.



In order to see how far you are to getting your newest belt/item, go to the dojo and click this symbol in the bottom left corner.

 You will be given a percentage of how close you are to getting the next item! This is really useful for many things.


Strategies:

1.Don't make moves obvious, such as going "ice, ice ,ice" or "fire,water,ice." These methods may work when you are a white or yellow belt, but as you get up in belts you will lose if you make your moves obvious. Make your opponent have to think!

2.If your opponent chooses the same card over and over again, they either haven't read this guide or they are using strategy 3. Or they are just plain stupid. You can either play the card that beats the repeated card, OR( which is less risky) you can use a high card of that type.

3. Use the same card over and over again, then switch to a new type.Your opponent will usually assume this is the other type. I'm not joking. This strategy is the strategy that helped me the most.

4.Most people use their high, special cards the minute they get them. Save these cards until you need them. Your opponent will think you don't have one.

5.If you have almost won, and need to lay down one more card that you already have, DON'T play it!!! Listen to step 1 again. This would be an obvious move. Instead, set up a second way to win. Here is an example: two different colors for two types(red fire,blue fire,yellow ice,green ice).

BECOMING A NINJA
After you become a black belt, challenge the Sensei. NOTE: If you challenge the Sensei before you are a black belt, it is IMPOSSIBLE to win !!!
To beat the sensei, use the types in one of the following orders:
Fire,Fire,Ice
Fire,Fire,Water
Ice,Ice, Water
Ice,Ice,Fire
Water,Water,Ice
Water,Water,Fire

It takes a few tries, so don't get mad if you don't beat the Sensei on your first try!!

ROCKHOPPER

Rockhopper is back again! The free item is the overgrown ship background. Rockhopper's ship is covered in plants!

Members can get three different kinds of plants. These actually grow! They start out as a seed and grow into a plant. Some members will remember the Rare Pot Rockhopper brought a long time ago. It is pretty much like that except for it is a different plant.

By the way, if anyone knows how to take "screenshots" ( I get my pictures off other sites), please comment how! I want to show you my igloo!!
