I thought I did mission guides already! If I really did, please tell me, because I can't find them on the site! But apparently I completely forgot. So, here's for mission one!
The 1st Mission is kind of easy, but can be hard for some. So, here is a complete walkthrough.
1) To start the mission, go to HQ and click on the "top secret"symbol in the bottom right corner that looks like. It will show you all the missions you can do at that time. Click on "The Case of the Missing Puffles." Launch the mission!
SPOILER ALERT!!! SPOILER ALERT!!! Do NOT read this entire guide if you want an entire walkthrough. If you just want some hints to lead you in the right direction, scroll down to the writing in BLUE!!
2) Ask Aunt Arctic about her puffles. She will describe them to you. Afterwards, go to the Ice Rink, and there will be some green puffle pictures. Pick them up and put them in your inventory. Then give them back to Aunt Arctic. But, while you're at the Ice Rink, click on the red circle closest to the pictures for a hidden surprise!
3) The best place to find a puffle is at the puffle shop! No, that's not where the puffles are, but a coded message is taped to the puffle house. To uncode the message, click the box in the bottom right corner that says "Codes." This will give you the Penguin Code used in a lot of missions and a lot of other places in Club Penguin too! Sadly, I can't give you the exact message because it's different every time, but it will say something like this: "G has ??????? ?????? pairs of socks." Write that down!
4) So, who exactly is G? G is Gary the Gadget Guy, as he is known to non-agents. He runs the sport shop, so go there. When he asks you how many socks he owns, tell him, and he will show you two gadgets. Take both of them, and waddle to the iceberg!
5) When you get to the Iceberg, there's some penguins stuck on a piece of ice. Talk to them, then pull out the gadget with the life preservers and click on the stuck penguins. Shoot the life preservers according to how hard the wind is blowing.
6) The green penguin gives some good information: he saw two puffles! He didn't see where they went, but he says if he was higher up he could've seen. Go to the Ski Mountain. There will be a penguin who needs help with his telescope. Look at your inventory and pull out the Spy Phone. Click the red flashing button and pick the wrench. Then, click on the telescope to fix it. Look through it until you see the puffles flying around the tallest mountain!
7) Go to the Tallest Mountain and use your grappling hook to get to the top. You will find the two puffles. It turns out they just wanted to help Aunt Arctic by taking some pictures! Take them back to Aunt Arctic.
8) Get your reward. Mission Accomplished!
Some people don't like spoilers. Here's some hints, NO SPOILERS! If you want an entire walkthrough, go above to the RED writing!
2) Talk to Aunt Arctic to hear about the puffles. She is worried about them, so you will need some proof they are still OK. Look around to try to find something.
3) Where might a puffle be? Where puffles are, there's something in code!
4)Somebody else wants to know what the code said. They are not only a shop owner, but a secret agent!
5) Some penguins need some help. They're floating on a piece of ice! Use one of the gadgets to help!
6) Talk to the green penguin from the piece of ice. He gives you some information. Try going somewhere high up and helping someone there whose telescope broke! To help him, use something you've had since the beginning of the mission!
7) Find the puffles using the telescope, and go where they are using another gadget. Return them to Aunt Arctic.
8) Get the award. Mission accomplished!
