I've noticed that non-members complain that they don't have any costumes to wear on Club Penguin's Halloween Party. Here's some non-member outfits that I came up with. You might not have any of this stuff, and that's ok. I've been playing Club Penguin for a LONG time, and I've gotten a LOT of free items at parties. Here's some costumes I came up with!

I am planning on making some members-only screenshots of some costumes I made up without buying things that weren't in the catalogs as "Halloween Costumes."
